This project saw the build of a mezzanine level and refit of the interior to create four state-of-the-art Les Mills fitness studios in a live Club. Our teams were aware of the needs of the business and integrated themselves into the working environment. All contractors were made fully aware of their surroundings so as well as keeping the environment clean and tidy we maintained our zero recorded accident record. In addition to the new studios we built a bespoke training area, changing village, entrance lobby and cafe with hand-built seating areas. We are also pleased to say that we created a fully immersive cycling studio – the first one in a public leisure centre in the world. Our mechanical and engineering teams worked seamlessly with sub-contractors to create a world-class facility.
